Transparent experimental model of the human airway up to the 23rd generation of the respiratory tract.

The model is particularly suitable for the optical analysis of aerosol propagation and deposition. Furthermore, it can be used for the development of new aerosol/droplet based therapeutic techniques for which coupled numerical simulations are too complex and with high computational cost.
