Over the past few years, many different special features have been developed to increase the speed, the precision or to enable an additional laser process. Most of them can be integrated into both base models.
Available Features
- Aberration Compensation -> Increased working depth (2x-4x), smoother surface, higher production speed, less time to develop new products
- High performance axis system -> Faster production and higher accuracy
- Robot for loading/unloading -> Increased uptime
- Highspeed TGV -> Increased production speed (10x faster for TGV)
CAD Software
For the 3D printing of glass components, we supply the 3D Printer with customized software that allows you to easily manufacture components directly from common digital CAD data.
The 3D CAD model is broken down into layers and the path data is generated automatically.
A wide variety of options for contours and fills are available to meet the models demands. The path data is then copied to the processing system and subsequently the CAM software controls the laser, scanner, and axes automatically according to the previously calculated model data.
Accessories
In addition to the 3D printer, the SLE process also requires an etching bath.
After years of intensive use of equipment from various manufacturers, we have now designed our own solution that is optimally tailored to the SLE process.
