In this example you can see a high quality teraherz glass waveplate. The design of the wave plate is based on form birefringence.
Freeform lenses
SLE technology allows for the production of all types of surface geometries with very high precision. Consequently, optical components can also be manufactured with great precision.
In terms of the optical quality of the surface, there is a lower limit to the roughness that can be achieved. With optimized parameters and without post-processing, the Ra value is approximately 150 nm.
To achieve optical quality, we will polish the surface for you as needed.
